Narrated by Andy Chelsea, Chief of the Alkali Lake Indian Band, The Honour of All traces the origin and spread of alcoholism throughout Alkali Lake, right back to the fur trading days. Andy and his wife, Phyllis, play their own roles in this film as they sought sobriety and stood their ground against the persuasions of friends and family. The film sets out the steps Andy took as Chief to enable band members to stop drinking and find a productive and healthy lifestyle.
